About our License Terms

We use CGTrader.com as the official platform to sell our 3D models.

We sell our models under CGTrader’s Terms and Conditions and its “Royalty Free License.” Please make sure you read and understand the terms of the License before buying and using our products. You can read the terms here:

Just as reference, here is a quick summary of the license, but not replacing it:

1. The Product (3D model) can be used commercially for several purposes, such as videogames, VR, film/VFX, pre-visualization, figurines in tabletop games, illustration and concept art, traditional printed media like book covers, images in magazines and other publications.
2. The license to use the Product is non-exclusive, non-transferable and is granted only to the original Buyer.
3. The Product (3D model) can be used ONLY as an Incorporated Product, a concept that means that the 3D model has to be a part of a bigger product, it has to be a component but not the primary focus. For example, a character in a videogame or a movie is a permitted use.
4. Reselling, uploading or distributing the model, or making it available for download to others is strictly prohibited, even if it has been modified in any way.

CUSTOM LICENSE TERMS:

The following are additional license terms to CGTrader’s “Royalty Free License”.

1. Selling, uploading, distributing, and/or making the Product available to download in any 3D marketplace or online store such as CGtrader, Turbosquid, Sketchfab, Shapeways, or similar platforms, is strictly prohibited, even if extensive variations or modifications are made to the Product. Selling or distributing the Product in parts, splitting the Product or repackaging it with other products is also prohibited.

2. Restrictions Regarding the use of the Product in 2D Images.

2.1 The Buyer is not allowed use the Product to create 2D still images to be sold or be distributed on stock images markets/websites, such as Shutterstock, istock, Pixabay, or similar.

2.2 The Buyer is not allowed to use the Product to create 2D still images, illustrations or art pieces to be sold on print-on-demand websites, or platforms where the images are printed on merchandise such as t-shirts, mugs, canvas prints, or similar goods.

3. Restrictions regarding physical uses of the Product, including, but not limited to 3D printing and replication by mold manufacturing processes.

3.1 Physical reproduction of the Product for commercial purposes, is only permitted if the Product is used as an Incorporated Product, that is, a component of a larger product, for example, a figurine or a miniature in a tabletop game, or used to create prop/prosthetics for special effects in a movie.

3.2 3D printing and/or physical reproduction of the Product to be sold as a standalone toy, collectible or figurine is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Physical reproduction of the Product for personal and/or non-commercial uses is permitted without restrictions.

4. About the promotional images used to showcase the Product.

4.1 The images and renders used to showcase and promote the Product on the Site are not part of the Product. When the Buyer purchases the Product, he or she is not acquiring any right to use these promotional images. The Seller retains ALL rights over these images.
